FindCondo UG (Uganda Condominium Directory) is Uganda's dedicated directory for condominiums, connecting buyers, developers, and property owners. This policy explains what information we collect when you use findcondoug.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Account information: when you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number so we can identify you and contact you about your listings.

Listing information: when you list a condominium, we collect the details you provide — building name, location, price, description, amenities, and the photos and videos you upload.

Verification documents: to approve hosts and listings, you may submit identity or ownership documents. These are used only for verification and approval decisions.

Payment information: subscription payments are processed by Pesapal, our payment provider. We do not store your card or mobile money details on our servers; we only keep a record of the payment status and amount for your account.

Website analytics: when you visit the site, we record an anonymous visit using a random identifier stored in your browser, along with the page you viewed and the time. This contains no names or personal data and is used to show listing owners how many people viewed their condominiums.

To operate the directory: publish and display your condominium listings to buyers.

To verify and moderate: review submitted listings, media, and documents before they appear publicly, and keep the directory free of fraudulent or misleading content.

To communicate with you: respond to inquiries, notify you about the status of your listing or account, and handle subscription and payment matters.

To improve the service: understand overall traffic, popular listings, and how the site is used.

We do not sell your personal information.

Public listings: the details and media you publish as part of a live listing are visible to all visitors, including your name or business name as the listed host.

Service providers: we share only what is necessary with infrastructure and payment providers (hosting, database, and Pesapal) to run the service.

Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or a valid request from authorities in Uganda.

Your data is stored on secured infrastructure with access controls. Documents you submit for verification are visible only to you and to FindCondo UG administrators for approval purposes.

No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information and review access regularly.

Your account and listing information is kept while your account is active or a listing is published.

You may request deletion of your account or any listing at any time by emailing support@findcondoug.com. We will remove your personal information and unpublished listing content, except where we must keep records for legal, payment, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your session, and generate the anonymous visitor identifier used for visit counts. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

FindCondo UG is intended for adults involved in buying, selling, or managing property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
