Prices are in US dollars, tax included. Mobile money and bank transfers are charged in Uganda shillings at the day's rate.
How billing works
Flexible periods
Choose monthly, 3 months, 6 months or a full year. Longer plans cost less per month and renew automatically.
Expiry hides, never deletes
When a period ends, listings disappear from search but stay in your dashboard, ready to relist.
Upgrade any time
Unused days on your current package are credited towards the bigger package.
7-day refund window
Valid reasons requested within 7 days of payment are eligible for a refund.
Frequently asked questions
What happens when my package expires?
Your listings stop showing to visitors as soon as the period ends. Nothing is deleted — every listing stays in your dashboard marked “Hidden — package expired” and goes live again the moment you renew.
Can I upgrade in the middle of a period?
Yes. Choose a bigger package any time and we credit the unused days of your current package against the new one, so you only pay the difference.
Can I downgrade?
You can move to a smaller package at the end of the current period. If you have more listings than the smaller package allows, choose which ones stay active.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are considered only where there is a valid reason and the request is made within 7 days of payment. Send the request from your dashboard and we respond within 3 business days.
Which payment methods can I use?
Card (Visa and Mastercard), MTN and Airtel mobile money, or a bank transfer with a reference number.
Is the price per listing?
No. One subscription covers all listings allowed by your package: 3 on Basic, 10 on Premium and unlimited on Golden.
